Congratulations to Starbucks for reaching their goal of hiring 10,000 veterans and milspouses 2 years ahead of schedule! Their new goal is to hire 25,000 veterans and military spouses by 2025. In addition to their direct hires, they go around the country talking to other companies about the value of hiring veterans and military spouses at events called musters. Our NMSN HR expert, Julie Waters was on hand at the Starbucks Annual Meeting in Seattle and was able to witness the leadership and partners in action firsthand.
